Old FFH patch d?

Hey all, does someone have patch D? We'd gladly play E but lack of mana affinities is a no-no

Patch links are of the form: http://kael.civfanatics.net/files/FfH2###_.exe

... where "###" is the number of the patch (sans .), such as "041", and "_" is the letter of the patch, such as "d".

So 0.41d would be http://kael.civfanatics.net/files/FfH2041d.exe, for example.

No need to go back to patch d. Kael fixed the bonus affinity in patch f, which he just released.

I downloaded Fall from Heaven 2 for the first time not longer ago, and I think I have patch d. I didn't know there was an e and an f.

Could a kind soul tell me what went on with mana affinities in e and f?
