Old World - The funny screenshots thread

My poor Queen becoming herselves worst nightmare...

EventWrongCharacter.jpg

Technically probably a slight glitch in code for that event (not sure about its English name - the one about the passed consort showing up in a dream) - the main text of the event here talks of the own character instead of the dead husband (which is correctly pictured and refered to in the 3rd outcome choice). As I have seen this event already working properly in another case, I supect that either the fact I'm married again or something gender-related is causing this.

Not the kind of intervention I had in mind :lol:

(I had given my royal consort the mission to influence a general and the first message claims "that this had led to an event..." and the 2nd message is about exactly this general dying in battle. Probably just coincidence and I'm not even sure if "died in battle" is connected to real battlefield action or just a general radnom chance for characters used as generals...but its funny that summary connects those two events that way)

Talk about rewriting history!

Coming to this a bit late, but this is not Rewriting history, but including it: Alexander and his mother both fled Macedonia in 337 BCE after getting into a fight with Phillip (caused by Phillip taking a second wife) and Alex remained in Ilyria for about 6 months before being reconciled and returning home.

Only thing that would have made it better would be for the Alexander in the game to have quoted Euripedes to you - it was one of his favorite party tricks to quote long passages from the Tragedies from memory . . .

Of course the King himself recommends himself the best Import-Export-deals, while entering his own bedroom  Not sure how that works out the effect side of the choices here (playing in RP-mode)

For reference, I used Ishtar Gate and city spam to secure the win, Neapolis had been founded last year.

It's nice that the priest pay so little attention to political matters.
