It is far more about sled technology than any other factor. But Alexandr Zubkov has an excellent chance at the combined men's medal as well as the 4-man bobsleigh. Perhaps the new track will give him a slight advantage.
 
I predict the Netherlands will win about half of the speed skating events and that nobody else will care about that.
 
I predict that Caucasians will be over represented at the expense of minorities. Perhaps Holder and Obama should look into the matter :)
 
Who would have ever guessed that there would be more white people in the more northern countries due to not needing as much melanin to protect themselves from the sun. That those who live where there is plentiful snow and ice tend to participate in winter sports more than those who don't.

So, you predict the Inuit and Sami will sweep the board this year?
 
I had no idea either group had an extensive winter sports programs. Do they field NHL teams as well?
