[GS] One-time-message for PBC

Would be nice to have the possibility to leave a simple one-time-message in Play By Cloud games which could be for example dismissed by right click the message icon. Would be important to be able to communicate that someone will not be able to play for a longer period of time, or if someone quits at least give some reason. Also would be nice if game could record the moves of the other players, so it could be played back at the beginning of each turn. This way you don’t just see the end result (of eg.: a unit got killed or wounded), but also the visible moves like in single player.
