Only 50% of the "Queue Upgrade" button works (video)

Only the right half of the button used to move a production up the queue works. If you hover over the left side, it disappears. The button is already super small, and this obviously makes it worse. I know it's been mentioned before but it would be great if we could get drag and drop functionality in addition.
