Only two oil sources on the whole map

I looked really hard and I controlled nearly all of the territories in the end, but there were just two sources of oil on the whole map. I wanted to finish Mars project, but it wasn't possible, because three oil are required. Stupid!

Maybe the resource limits of shared projects and units could be calculated as maximum of base value and the total amount of resources available on the map. Then at least, when the map generator fails to produce the necessary amount of resources, you can still build everything in the game.

What version did you play or rather start that game with? This should be fixed meanwhile. If it isn‘t, it would be good to have a save game I guess.

I don't know, am using Stadia. I hope they apply all the patches. Game was started Monday or last weekend I think.

I think the patch dropped on Saturday evening (European time).
The issue you describe was fairly common before that patch. I guess we'll see in a few days whether people still complain about it or if you were just unlucky and rolled that map shortly before patch release.
