Open single player game's map in World Builder

Hi,

I started a single player game, generating a random map. Is there a way to open that map in the World Builder?

There is a "save map" option when saving a game.

As a follow up, is there any way when saving a map from a single player game, to save the state of the world (i.e. civilization, cities, units, hex improvements, ancient ruins, etc.) in addition to the map data?
