Opening .fpk files

Does anyone here know how to open .fpk files? I've seen some differant clothing mods out there and was just gonna take a looky but i have no idea what kind of program can open .fpk files! Any help would be appreciated.

Nevermind, after some looking for quite awhile I got it figured out
