Opponent info?

Is there any way to see :

-The buildings in a city of the opponent?
-The wonders build by each opponent? (Wonder has been build far away... ok but where, can i go to conquer it??)

The "heal unit" icon shield for aircrafts only appears when i put them on a ship, anyone else has that problem too?

this is the info you can get about your opponent:
demografics, pretty much full civ power except tech.
if you can scout there cities then you can see which wonders they are building and have buildt.
diplomacy spare lux/strategic res/gpt/amount of gold available and complete list of cities and size of secondary cities.
you can scout out there armies.
