Optimizing Hansa Placement

I am not sure about when the patch was released that nerfed the Hansa, but if I'm not mistaken, this is outdated, right? I'm considering starting a game with Germany and I wonder what the best placement strategy for the Hansa looks like post-nerf. Any thoughts would be appreciated

I meant industrial zone nerf overall. Anybody?

Well I would argue that the formation is still correct, but where to place that formation relative to the cities no longer matters.
