Optimizing with the .ini file

Can someone post the perfect settings for the .ini file to maximize performance? I've looked through it and some of the setting I don't understand what they do. Some are easy, like turning off the in-game movies.

If anyone could post the 'perfect' .ini file here for those with low end computers that would be great.

The only obvious one I was is truning off triliniar filtering for minimap
