The title says it all i want an option to disable army in startup screen when u set up the game and one to disable and/or limit tech trade to a player set number of turns ex every 20 or 50 turns thus all civs wont be at roughfly the same tech level and it will slow down the insane tech race.
This will make the game both harder and easyer depending on map settings
no tech trade will make it easyer for player this is easy to even out for the players like me that don like trading techs every turn and speeding up the tech race to play the harder levels.
