one question is ebreus,the hevens, the hells, and the valuts and the elemental plains the only plains of existenc the angels created before they fell. this brings up another question how old is the world of erberus?

Well, a lot of worlds were apperently destroyed in Bhall's Fall, but beyond that I don't know about other worlds.
