I saw a fix in File DB, try it, it's working now with this patch 
Ottoman Empire.

Weird, my CIV4ArtDefines_Leaderhead.xml doesn't have an entry for Mehmed, period. [edit]There's also no MehmedII folder in the Leaderhead Art directory[/edit].

FWIW, I think this thread should be stickied, with a title edit to indicate that it is related to the Ottoman crash. Maybe like "Ottoman Empire [edit]CRASH ISSUE[/edit]"
I see a lot of crash threads at the top this morning that are likely related to the problem.
Even more importantly, it contains links to a successful fix.
