THERE IS AN ALTERNATIVE SET OF STEPS THAT WILL BE POSTED FOR WINDOWS 8.1 AND 10.
AGAIN THE ABOVE STEPS WILL NOT WORK FOR THOSE OS.
STEPS FOR CORRECTING THIS WILL BE POSTED SOON.
Actually it appears the steps were necessary, so don't worry.
There was an additional step that is required. Will post it shortly as I am going to be updating the tutorial anyways.

Feel free to post replies and and questions here. I am going to link the tutorial sections from the table of contents for each chapter/section anyways.
Everything else in the Infos is still relevant. I will change the graphic to reflect this in due course. Sorry for my OCD nature.
Also, I will be making available all source code in the actual instructionary sections in both code tags and as attached project files.
There will be a PDF version of Chapter 1 as well. Several new sections will be posted shortly.
