I've been trying to beat this scenario on deity, but have only been able to get 300-400 GPT and I need 900 GPT to win. Has anyone figured out how to pull this off?

Does anyone know how to get more settlers, other than those from completing certain civics?

You can't build settlers in this scenario; the only ones you get are from completing the civics.

I know you can't build or buy them. I was just hoping there was some other trigger to get more than just those from the civics, because it doesn't seem like there are enough cities to get anywhere near the 900 GPT necessary for a deity win.

I still haven't beat this on deity. Closest I've managed so far is almost 500 GPT using a bunch of resorts. Has anyone done better or even beat deity yet?

There's a thread around here somewhere that suggests saving forests and builders so that you can quickly chop out the WWI and WWII projects. I've only played through once but I know one chop finishes the project instantly. I'll be testing it soon but I'd bet a pay-check that it works.

I've completed them multiple times in several cities and didn't notice any difference in GPT.

My best was 420 so far, I can imagine pumping out 500 with some luck on the map. I doubt there has been any balancing and testing for this.

BTW, does anyone know how to "steal a lumbermill", this hasn't been achieved by no one aswell so far.

Up to AIF I also never saw a change wether in GPT or points, maybe a major bug?! It's only said that a "huge" amount of GPT will be awarded, but really no effect. Estimating like 50 GPT per AIF would have have made the deal for deity in my last game as I completed 11 AIFs.

One thing I've learned is national parks add a lot of GPT. Now I've managed to almost hit 700 GPT.

I beat it on deity with 1600+gpt as Western Australia. (I guess less than 0.05% have done this yet as the steam achievements statistics still say 0%

With the hints I just beat it with 911 Points and with absolutely no big effort ))
