Silly question. I took some audio from a PAL video with the intention of editing it to proper playback speed (if I remember correctly, it is off by ~5% and I wanted to hear what it actually sounded like). However I cannot remember:
a) the exact percentage to change it;
b) whether I should increase or decrease. (I think it's increase but I'm not sure)
Does someone know this. Thank you.
EDIT: On the same page, if a video has a variable framerate how do you check if it is PAL or NTSC?
