Pandemic the Board Game (Play-by-Forum)

It was fun. I don't know if I'd play another so soon. My grasp on the process got weaker as turns progressed, and I was backseating for the final stretch.

My biggest concern with the forum format is how much work it is for you to update and keep things straight.

I'm probably not going to do one right away. I am going to look for games that update easier. :)

Oh and one day, we'll play this again. It's really best to play it in person, but forum worked decent.

This was great, but we should try it on discord where everyone can talk at once maybe!
Hmm... yes.

But it still takes a little bit to update. Moving the pieces on the map is what takes so long.

If we do that, there are websites that have actual virtual versions of board games. Never used one, just know they exist.

And it'd be more of a traditional experience, since we'd all need to be there at the same time and play it through in one go.

Yeah there's various ones. There's also a Java program called Vassal, which allows you to play countless board games for free. You can even save game state if needed. I got many of the images for this game from them. :)
