I agree with Aussie here. I prefer an extended system of promotions to handle several levels of ability for paratroops, but also engineer troops (build fortifications, bonus against fortification, build roads, etc), and mountain troops.

i think only paratroopers must be reappear, because the helicopter is actually already in it only in anther way.

I voted yes to both. Although I only used airborne units a few times and didn't find then critical even then, they were fun though.

These late game units don't often come into play in epic games, by modern times it's all but over, be that for good or ill.
