Same thing again. I don't see anyone here besides me and Koondrad, and if no one else starts posting I am starting a new system. This is basically how it would go.

1. Koondrad or I would make a descision.
2. The other one of us would okay it.
3. We would do it.

Notice, this does not leave a lot of room for input from others, so if you want any speak up!
