patch 1.09, errors in the options menu

I'm running a french version of the game and I found that bug in the graphic options menu after installing the 1.09 patch. new options appears but the text describing them is "french". I wonder what these options are? following is a screenshot of the menu.

Bottom left: "Texture Quality Level" (Low, Medium, High)
Bottom right 1: "Full-screen Mode" (check = full screen)
Bottom right 2: "Low Resolution Textures" (check = low)

Unfortunately I cannot describe in more detail what those mean, but that relates to another reported bug:

Btw, if you feel like fixing it for yourself (and possible other texts they forgot to translate, you can do the following:

1) Take the file Civ4\Assets\XML\Text\CIV4GameText_New.xml
2) Copy it to MyDocuments\My Games\Civ4\CustomAssets\XML\Text\
3) Check for every instance of <French>French</French>
4) Edit to the appropriate translation based on the English.

ok thanks. it seems that complete localisation is to be done by gamers...

Just wanted to say that I've got exactly the same problem, but since I'm using the German version, everywhere were you've got "French" I've got "German" instead.

Freaky bug...

Well, not a bug as such but an oversight - they obviously didn't get round to translating some of the text (or missed it by accident). There's plenty of errors in the English text still, too (barbarian cities have adjectives for names, "you have built a aqueduct", "your spy has been destroyed the production..." etc) - there's a slight deficiency in the proofreading/QA methinks.
