Patch J to M save compatible?

Hi all, I did not lurk the forum for some time, and when I am back I read "patch M". I have a savegame in patch J I would like to play on, is it compatible with patch M? In order to install patch M, do I just install it over J or must I reinstall FfH2? Sorry for the newbie like question, I tried to look in the bug thread, but it is hopeless...

Look at the first post of the bug thread. If theres a patch between J and M that breaks save games then they're incompatible.

Thanks, I tried looking from the last post. Still, patch M and K both break saves, shucks. I will have to start again.

Reinstalling FfH2 is unnecessary. Just install patch M to update to 0.41m.

Thanks. The patch breaks saves, but what happens to player-made patch J scenarios?
