Patch Problem

The newest patch for BtS won't let me load my old NW game (the error message is "Cannot decompress file" or something; it flashes quickly, then the game crashes). How do you uninstall a patch? I want to finish that game (heck, I'm actually winning), THEN install the patch.

Moderator Action: Moved to the Bug Reports forum, even though it's not specifically a bug. It is about the patch, though.

It's possible that the new patch broke your old save games, patches with big changes can do that.

You probably started that game with "Lock modified assets" turned on, that breaks compatibility if you install a new patch.
