Hello,
I read and read everywhere how to patch my new Civ 4 Complete and found nothing that really helped me (a lot of stuff about admin rights which did no good).
After a lot of tries I finally succeeded. So here's how it worked:
To patch C4C to 3.19 you have to patch it to 3.17 first.
Patch 3.17
or
Patch 3.17 alternative
afterwards patch it with 3.19 and you are all set.
Patch 3.19
