Patching The Complete Edition

Just wandered home with the new complete edition in my hot little hands, downloaded patches;

• Beyond the sword 3.19, installed fine.
  
• Warlords 2.13, says Game is not installed?
  
• Civ4 patch 1.74, also says game not installed? (also tried 1.61)

Oh, and; I have Vista...

Any thoughts folks?

Complete comes fully patched, except for 3.19.
