PBEM and MP split??

Should Civ2 Multiplayer and PBEM be separated to attract more multiplayers??

I'd say yes. Perhaps that would encourage more regular MP. In fact, I'm sure most everyone has seen this has become a ZWK forum!

I like MP games, but I don't have blocks of time to play them, so I have to revert to PBEM games.

I'd love to play some simultaneous MP games in some weeks- at the moment it is too time consuming, though...

To answer your question: I think it would be useful to attract more MP players and to make a special cosy corner for these to attract the needed numbers- also very important to get players within similar time zones together, otherwise U will have lots of players to play one particular scenario... but no time.

Ugh, Simultaneous Civ2 MP. I remember when that was first found. I would only play that. But after watching how powerful it made units like the Diplomat I gave up on it.

PBEM might be my best bet with my schedule but I like being able to chat with the person I am playing while I am playing so I like the MP experience better. I will PM you DoM.
