The Russian Army were caught unprepare by the addition of Three additional armies and several mech Div. The 2 Armies fought a hard battle and airforce stay ground even in immenment siege of the city, with the help, Krelin Army destoryed 2 worn out panzer divisions and 1 light tank division, while the T-34 Armies tank the panzer army heads on with airsuppor and eliminates it. However, the enemey still have a large forces around Rostov. Stalin is not happy

I played my turn as US and propaganda flipped Pearl Harbor. Is this allowed? I didn't attack anything this turn, so if it's not, I'll replay my turn the same and it won't effect any combat results.

If we don't allow flipping, I'm OK with that, I do think it's a bit cheap.

Are enemy units in a flipped city destroyed, or returned to their capital?

I'll play China tomorrow once I have an answer on this.

Hmmm... interesting question. It was not mentioned on the house rules so in theory it should be permitted.

However, as this is a scenario about WWII, it doesn't really fit the scenario. You didn't see cities revolting against their owners backin WWII. Resistance yes, but no cities revolted on their own. The only thing similar I remember was the jewish ghetto revolt, but it was a few blocks, not an entire city.

I have no clue to what happens to the units of a flipped city. I'm sure TechGuy will know, though.

I'll leave the decision to the players of this scenario. Of course I would be inclined to disagree with propaganda flipping.
