PBEM/Hotseat Victory Question (game demonstration

I would like to know how the game handles victory, especially in PBEM, but also hotseat must be similar. The advantage with hotseat would be that everyone is presumably present in the room to watch the victory. But in PBEM, what happens when one player wins? DO they then email the post-victory turn or the you lose message to the other players? Anybody finished a PBEM yet?

interesting... maybe you get 'you win', then mail it on and they get 'you lost'....

Care to start a small (tiny world, two civs, 60%landmass pangea), brief, two player PBEM and find out? I'm happy to volunteer to be the guy who never puts a defender in his only city if you'll be the guy who's first warrior walks over and grabs it...

Since Killer and I never started, i thought i would direct anyone interested to Knight-Dragons and donsig's PBEM game which is coming to a close soon. Maybe one of them could tell us what happens.
