Our leader this time around

Wang Kong is Financial giving him a great economical play and great for cottages. However, Protective is considered the worst trait. Though it does boast some value, it definitly brings down the value of our leaders trait combo. Anyway, it gives City Garrison I and Drill I to all Archery/Gunpowder units along with double production speed of walls/castle.
Mysticism and mining are not at all bad starting techs. The problem being in nothing to improve food tiles. You will want to prioritize whatever tech your food requires. Mining helps with early bronze working and hammers. Mysticism helps to get your borders popped earlier.
The Unique Unit

I've seriously wanted to post this leader simply because I love this unit. The Hwacha has 5
and receives +50% vs. melee units making it have the bone crushing power of the axeman and the collateral softening power of the catapult mixed together. However, like all siege units, it cannot kill it's opponent. (Who sends in just plain siege units anyway?) I have planned the game around good use of this unit.
The Unique Building

Nothing special other than +10% :research:. (Not that there are any "good" UB's in the first place other than the Ikhanda.) It'll still help though.

So BAT is why all my saves have been crashing? Oh. I hope they fix it soon. I'll just play on ugly old normal graphics... 
Oh and I guess built a shrine around 1100, took a while as my GP town had popped 2 scientists before I thought about getting a prophet.
