Pedia help

Does anyone know where the Python is for the Civopedia??

I was sure the code in Python/Screens/CvPediaMain.py was it, but adding stuff there is having no effect whatsoever (even adding blatant syntax errors, so I'm pretty sure that is not being executed)...
