1) Julius Caesar asks me to convert to Buddhism, but I don't have
any cities with Buddhism. My ally, Shaka, is Buddhist.

2) Julius Caesar made peace with Louis and the 10 turns of peace aren't
over yet. But Julius is willing to declare on Louis' vassal Mehmed.
