Persian City missing from CIV4GameTextInfos_Cities.xml

I did some investigation and it seems that the HERAT (Persian) city entry is missing from the file CIV4GameTextInfos_Cities.xml file. I didn't verify, but it seems that for every entry in CIV4CivilizatioInfos.xml there needs to be an entry in CIV4GameTextInfos_Cities.xml.

Script error occurs when Herat city is founded by persian empire.
