Tutorial? I don't remember one. The manual should explain everything just fine. It is a nice game. I appreciate the housing and monument concepts. I would have liked the military to be more important, but, hey, it works.

the misions are your learning stages. You start with a quite simple city, but in the further levels your cities will become complexer.

I hated Ceaser 3! Too much chopping down trees and if you forget a certain something, all of your buildings will fall down. Withought fail. They will fall.

Errr, well I found that the game guides you through the relevant concepts rather nicely as the game progresses.

It's certainly an improvement over Caesar 3 - The absurd level to which that game takes the fire and building hazzards is almost legendary.

The tutorial is the first missions, after each mission they add more and more options as to what you can build. So yeah, marx was right.
