we search someone to install, maintain and run an irc-bot for the demogame channel

requirements:
* a server to run the bot on 7x24h
* knowledge of irc and bots
bot-requitements:
* !seen function
* stats
* poll-support function
* auto-slapping by bot on words in a word-list
* channel-protection
* clone-detection
* permanent logging of chat
preferred:
citizens holding an office or with a good reputation
