Picking Sponsor Screen: White Atlas Border issue

Hi there. I'm just having a slight issue with my mod. I've had this issue for a while and not exactly sure what is causing it.

The white border that is around "Brotherhood of NOD" is supposed to be red. It seems to give a white border all except for the scoring on the right side when in game where it's red. I'm not sure if this is because this atlas image isn't supposed to have gradient or glow or what, but if anyone knows why please shed some light on this since it's an issue I've been meaning to correct for a while.

Your Image Files (NODIconAtlas_128/80/64) have a white border, that's why the border shows in white. Change the border color to red and it will show in red.
