For those who still can't see it:

The flashing square (I'm colorblind, so I don't know if it's poink or not) is supposed to be a French tile. On the extreme right-hand corner, the fog of war lets up. There, you can see it.

I believe the square she was refering to was the purplish square in MSTK's animation, not the color of the civ.
