Plain earth map?

Does anyone have a plain earth map for BTS? One I can use as a default map so I can play a custom game of my choosing on it?

Like the earth24 map that Rhye made for warlords but just the map, nothing else.

Please help.

I just made this exact map. It has all 34 civs on the earth24 map. All civs are in historical start locations. It is easily edited if you want less civs, or you can start a custom game with whichever civs you want in random places.
