Planting Forests/Jungles

Has anyone thought about adding the plant forests/jungles and terraforming features from Spatz's AoM mod? It seems like it would be an excellent addition to CCTP

iamaplayer, who was working on the tree growth mod did mention that he would be looking into adding a Forrester unit that can plant forests. What the progress is on that atm i don't know, but yeah it would make for an interesting addition.
