Play Civ on window mode?

Is it possible to play on a window mode in order to make it easier to browse other programs while playing? How? Where do i download the file for it? What do i do?

If your desktop resolution is greater than 1024 x 768, you can add the lines keepres=1 and video mode=1024 to your ini file, to force civ to play in the top right corner of your desktop. It's not a true windowed game, but you can see some of the desktop.
