I don't know anything about this exp. pack, and maybe some of you can point me to a place where I can go and research more about it. I have a couple of questions that I will ask here in case there is no site with info on it yet.
1. Is it gonna be turn based? If so, won't that suck having to wait for all the other players to finish their turn? I mean, you would have to wait for a loooong time, especially with more players for your turn to come around again. But, if the game isn't played turn-based, then you just changed the whole game. All of a sudden you're gonna be playing Age of Empires, not Civ 3.
2. And how would treaties and MPP's work? I mean, you know every gamer out there is in it for him or herself.... And nobody is gonna vote for anyone other than themselves when the United Nations is built.... Nobody is gonna help you out in a war.... What do they care if you are vanquished? Less competition. Basically, it seems that the only way they would ally themselves with you is if you are bigger than them, and they are just sucking up.
If there is a site or a forum I could go to with information on this expansion pack, I would appreciate you steering me in that direction.
