Player-on-AI begging report, eh, eh?

Checked ten pages, rather haphazardly I admit, to see if this idea has been fielded recently. I didn't see anything so here goes: I was wondering if it is possible to hook information on the player's begging thresholds against the AI. Like if there's a timer currently running from when you last begged/demanded from an AI, and the size of the trade that could possibly be begged.

Of course this information is concealed from the player, but I don't know whether revealing it is cheating per se. If you know the rules, in theory the maximum amount you could beg at once could be calculated, or certainly estimated, as could the odds the AI's timer is up; i.e., they are again willing to gift. Bringing this information above-ground would be useful for maximizing growth and scoring peace treaties.

For instance let's say we begged a small 40 Gold from Asoka in the past but never from Charlemagne. They both have maybe 600 gold for trade, but really we have no idea how much they'd be willing to gift, or if Asoka is yet willing to gift at all. We might like the following information, calculated from the history and standings:
Asoka, Friendly
Last: -41 turns
Odds: 81%
Max: 240 Gold

Charlemagne, Pleased
Last: N/A
Odds: N/A
Max: 135 Gold

I imagine this could be a highly involved code and interface... but... it's just an idea.
