Me and my friend keep getting disconnected every few turns, sometimes even on the first turn while playing LAN. It will say "Montezuma has disconnected. AI will now take control"
We both have turned our firewalls off, completely off.
We both play the DirectX9 version
We both are connected our computers with an ethernet cable and local network.
We both have the base Civ 5 game, and update 7.
We both are using SKIDROW versions, and have changed our names and disabled the internet connection sharing.
Don't say it's because we are using a hacked version because many legit people have had the same unresolved problem on the internet.
(I've been searching how to fix for about two hours now)
