I tried to download some civ2 levels from this site and i got the patch and i no i have it cause my game options tells me, but when i try to start the azeroth scen it tells me that it failed to load game cause its not a saved game. Please help me.

Yeah looks like that even though in the download section Azeroth is said to be compatible with Fantastic Worlds it is not. You will need to have MGE to play it.
