Please help with flagdecal

Hello, just got Civ4 this morning and after a quick peek just spent the last few hours modding the Croat civ. I'm almost done, except for one tiny detail. Flagdecal. I dont have Photoshop, only DDS Converter 2.1, and whatever I do I cant get it to work with alpha channel on. So my Flagdecal is blank white.

Could someone please help me make proper flagdecals that work so that I can finally finish and publish my mod? Any help would be greatly apreciated.

Try clearing the cache. I'm not sure if this would work, but it might.

Been there, done that, it has something to do with that alpha channel switch that only photoshop has. If i place any flagdecal that came with the game as flagdecal_croat it will work, if i place any I make it doesnt work.

these are the two flag i've done, one if your main color is red, one if white, these are decal flag, if you choose to give other color than red-white to your civ, it won't work...
