i just bought a brand new hp 4gb pentium dual processor it runs windows vista home premium in 64 bit. i am unable to dowload bic/biq files even though i have winrar also when i try to click on a scenario so i can edit it or see the map(from program files/atari/civilzation3/conquests/scenarios)it will not open.everything for civilization 3 worked fine on my old computer (an emachines which ran windows xp. i have tried dowloading different programs but none of them are compatible with 64 bit.
