Please Insert Correct DVD Rom

This has happened to me a couple of times, even though the CD has never left the drive; it just randomly happens every-so-often. To fix it last time, I loaded Civ Iv's disc, then put Beyond the Sword in again and it worked perfectly. Simply taking out the disc then putting it back i n didn't work.

I get this stuff as well and I think it was my CD/DVD disk drive have a messed up lazar... I don't know it is or not, but I think this is a glitch as well, including the two bugs I always get in all the civ 4 games, the Bright Terrain and the No city Name/Menu bug.
