Plenty of errors

Hey, ive been trying to get civ to work, and initially had the fail to initialize error, but got that fixed eventually. Now that im into the game, i only occasionally get music, and all of the build unit icons are various shades of purple (i can see units once i built them). Also, whenever i try to load scenarios it crashes.

I have well over the recommended specs, and tried reinstalling game/drivers, anyone have any ideas?

What kind of graphics card do you have and what version drivers are you using?

I've got a Radeon 9600, with the driver version 5.1 (100% certain its the newest)
