Policy Tree Achievement

For some reason in BNW, I'm unable to get the order, freedom or the autocracy achievement. I fill up the slots 7-4-3 and nothing appears. This has happened in mutiple games. Does anyone else have this problem?

Sounds logical since these aren't social policies in BNW any longer but Tenets instead. Guess to unlock the vanilla achievements of maximizing the social policy trees of order, autocracy and freedom you need to play vanilla (or G&Ks). In my achievement thread there probably is a still working save or several for these (not sure though if they'd require any dlc to load).
