Poll: what is the best way to fix horsemen?

Remove the flatland pealty. I've been playing like that for a while now and I like it much better. It doesn't just weaken Horsemen, it also improves Spearmen and Swordsmen (who can't retreat after attacking and can't attack enemies in the open without being left stuck in the open themselves).

Flatland penalty is also my number one choice, although it doesn't completely solve the problem.
