Poll: What should be the capital of Alluares

As the mayor of Mister Roger's Neiberhood pointed out, the province of Alluares doesn't have a capital yet.

I would like to call upon all citizens to vote what city they want to see as the official capital of Alluares.

Alluares now consists of 3 cities, i.e.:
-Vandopolis (most productive, largest city)
-Mister Roger's Neiberhood (right now the smallest city of the province, but with a Mayor, and a central position)
-Acheron (Second largest city, but still highly corrupt)

The governor's recommendation is Mister Roger's Neiberhood, because of its central position in the province, and the fact that it has a mayor.
